
The aim of the personalised Foundation Coaching Program is to help you gain clarity, align with your core values, and take consistent, purpose-driven action. Over 12 weeks, you’ll build a strong foundation of self-awareness, define what truly matters to you, and develop the mindset, goals, and habits needed to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
Phase 1: Foundation & Clarity (Weeks 1–8)
This phase lays the essential groundwork for personal transformation. You’ll gain clarity on your vision, values, and mindset while uncovering and addressing internal barriers that may be holding you back. The focus is on building deep self-awareness, aligning with your core drivers, and beginning to embody the future self you aspire to be. By shifting from doing to being, you create a strong foundation for lasting change and step into the life you’re meant to live.
In Practice
We begin by crafting a clear and compelling vision that reflects your deepest aspirations, dreams, and sense of purpose. From there, we’ll uncover and prioritise your Meta Values — the core drivers of your fulfilment — and define the Experiential Values that bring them to life through daily actions and choices.
You’ll explore your Ideal Day and life purpose, transforming them into blueprints for intentional living. We’ll also examine your attitudes toward lifestyle, meaning, and wealth, while identifying and reframing limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Throughout this process, you’ll develop greater emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a refreshed mindset — giving you clarity, confidence, and momentum as you begin embodying your Future Self.

Phase 2: Taking Consistent Action (Weeks 9–12)
With clarity established, this phase turns your vision into consistent, tangible action. Together, we’ll define meaningful goals, create aligned habits, and establish simple structures that keep you moving forward. The focus is on staying accountable to the life you’re designing while building momentum and confidence with every step. By practicing discipline and intentionality, you begin to bridge the gap between your present and your Future Self, transforming insight into empowered action.

In Practice
We’ll begin by defining your Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) across key areas of life, ensuring they align with your vision and core values. From there, we’ll design a 90-day strategic roadmap to guide your actions with clarity and focus, supported by daily habits and rituals that sustain energy and momentum.
As you move forward, you’ll use self-monitoring tools to track progress, celebrate meaningful wins, and strengthen resilience. This is where intention turns into consistent action — bridging the gap between where you are now and the Future Self you’re stepping into.
